About Credit Review: Credit Review is a government initiative that provides a simple and effective independent appeals process for SME and farm borrowers who have had credit facilities refused, reduced or withdrawn by the main Irish banks, where the borrower feels that they have a viable business proposition and that the banks decision is unjustified. The Credit Reviewers are a team of expert professionals with front-line SME and farm enterprise credit and finance experience. Although many of the team have former banking experience, they are independent of the banking sector.
